Refund Policy

1. Overview

Color Splash uses credits. Credits are bought as one-time packs and one credit is used each time you apply the color splash effect to an image. This policy explains when refunds may be issued.

2. Credit Packs

Credits are available in packs of 10, 50 or 100 credits. Prices are shown on the checkout page at the time of purchase. All purchases are one-time transactions. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

4. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

• Credits not received: Payment was completed but credits were not added to your account, and claiming with the license key from your Gumroad receipt did not add them.
• Duplicate purchase: You were accidentally charged more than once for the same credit pack.
• Technical failure: A credit was used but no result was delivered, and the credit was not returned.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

• Credits that have already been used to process images, whether or not you add the result to your design.
• Dissatisfaction with the quality of the color splash effect on a particular image (results vary depending on the image and how clearly its subject stands out).
• Failure to use credits before the App is discontinued or modified.
• Change of mind after purchase.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us with the following information:

• The email address used for the purchase
• The date of purchase and the credit pack purchased
• Your Gumroad receipt or license key
• The reason for the refund request, with any screenshots or error messages

7. Refund Timeline

• Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days of receipt.
• Approved refunds are processed through Gumroad and returned to the original payment method.
• It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Credits from a refunded purchase are removed from your balance.

8. Partial Refunds

If you have used some credits from a pack and encounter a qualifying issue, a partial refund may be issued for the unused credits at our discretion.

9. Payment Processor

All payments are processed through Gumroad. Refunds are subject to Gumroad's refund processing and timelines.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
