Color Splash uses a credit-based pricing model. Credits are purchased as one-time packs and are consumed each time you apply the color splash effect to an image. This policy outlines when and how refunds may be issued.

2. Credit Packs

Credits are available in the following packs:

• 10 Credits
• 50 Credits
• 100 Credits

All purchases are one-time transactions. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

• Technical failure: Credits were deducted but the processing failed and no result was delivered.
• Duplicate purchase: You were accidentally charged more than once for the same credit pack.
• Credits not received: Payment was completed but credits were not added to your account.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Credits that have already been successfully used to process images.
• Dissatisfaction with the quality of the color splash effect on a particular image (results vary depending on the image and subject complexity).
• Failure to use credits before the App is discontinued or modified.
• Change of mind after purchase.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us with the following information:

• Your email address used for the purchase
• The date of purchase
• The credit pack purchased
• The reason for the refund request
• Any relevant screenshots or error messages

6. Refund Timeline

• Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days of receipt.
• Approved refunds will be processed through Lemon Squeezy (our payment processor) and returned to the original payment method.
• It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Partial Refunds

If you have used some credits from a purchased pack and encounter a qualifying issue, a partial refund may be issued for the unused portion at our discretion.
