By using Code to Diagram ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
The App is a free tool available within the Canva platform that allows users to:
- Create flowcharts and directed graphs using DOT (Graphviz) syntax
- Create UML class diagrams using Nomnoml syntax
- Create digital timing diagrams using WaveDrom syntax
- Preview diagrams in real-time
- Export diagrams as images to Canva designs
- Access built-in syntax reference guides for each format
3. Open Source Attribution
This App uses the following open-source libraries:

4. Use of the App
4.1 Permitted Use
You may use the App to:
- Create diagrams for personal or commercial purposes
- Generate technical diagrams for documentation
- Insert diagrams into your Canva designs
- Print and distribute the generated diagrams
- Use diagrams in educational materials
4.2 Prohibited Use
You may NOT use the App to:
- Create diagrams that infringe on copyrighted materials
- Distribute content that violates intellectual property rights
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or access the App's source code
5. Intellectual Property
The diagrams you generate using the App are yours to use freely. The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Naveen Bhavnani and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. No Warranty
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Warranties regarding the accuracy of the rendered diagrams
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
The developer (Naveen Bhavnani) shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:
- Errors in rendered diagrams
- Losses from printed or distributed diagrams
- Business losses or lost profits
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
8. Accuracy of Diagrams
While the App strives to accurately render diagram syntax:
- You should verify the output before use in professional contexts
- Complex diagrams may not render perfectly in all cases
- The App is provided as a convenience tool, not a professional diagramming solution
9. Compliance with Laws
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the App, including but not limited to:
- Copyright and intellectual property laws

- Professional standards where applicable
10. Canva Platform Terms
Your use of this App is also governed by:
In case of conflict between these Terms and Canva's terms, Canva's terms shall prevail.

Continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Naveen Bhavnani from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

- Diagrams you create and distribute
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
16. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Naveen Bhavnani regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
