By using ABC Music Notation ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

The App is a free tool available within the Canva platform that allows users to:
- Enter music in ABC notation format
- Preview the rendered sheet music in real-time
- Export sheet music as images to Canva designs
- Access a built-in ABC syntax reference guide
3. Open Source Attribution
This App uses abcjs, an open-source JavaScript library for rendering ABC notation to SVG.

4. Use of the App
4.1 Permitted Use

You may NOT use the App to:
- Create sheet music that infringes on copyrighted compositions
- Distribute music that violates intellectual property rights
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or access the App's source code
5. Copyright and Music Rights
Important: You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to create sheet music for any composition you enter:
- Public domain works can be freely transcribed
- Original compositions you create are your own
- Copyrighted works require permission from the rights holder
- The developer is not responsible for copyright infringement by users
6. No Warranty
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Warranties regarding the accuracy of the rendered notation
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

While the App strives to accurately render ABC notation:
- You should verify the output before use in professional contexts
- Complex notation may not render perfectly in all cases
- The App is provided as a convenience tool, not a professional engraving solution

10. Canva Platform Terms
Your use of this App is also governed by:
In case of conflict between these Terms and Canva's terms, Canva's terms shall prevail.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Naveen Bhavnani and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The sheet music you generate using the App may be used freely, subject to any underlying copyright in the composition itself.
12. Modifications to the App

Continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

17. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Naveen Bhavnani regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
